Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, it's been very wet here so we've had a lot of indoor play and when that gets too much going outside to jump in puddles and bounce on the trampoline in the rain.
This year Mr. MK and I got a head start on presents and made as many home-made things as we could and I'm really proud of our accomplishments and how well they were received by their recipients.
There is quite a list so I hope I don't overload you with photos.
Needle Fairy house (pattern here) This cute little castle hold sewing needles but you can also make it for crochet hooks or DPNs

Tree Monster (based loosely on this pattern)

Case for an iphone made to look like a ghettoblaster
Padded case for a DSLR and lens bag (Bag based on this tutorial but I didn't create the flap. Instead I sewed on a loop and added a button. The inner is two layers of camping mat cut into pieces and the outer fabric is canvas cotton from Ikea. The padded lens bag is a simple drawstring bag with thick fleece inner)

Treehouse made by Mr MK, this was a labour of love and turned out just as planned.

So many details, little ladders

a place for the fairies

and an unusual shaped elevator

and it's the perfect spot for the Kraul cable car

This was a TV cabinet in a past life now being well loved as a tool bench

and lastly a little steiner doll for the smallest one (made using a mix of this tutorial and this one but using a formed head)

Phew, thanks for making it to the end. There is one more but it's for little red's birthday on Friday. I'll post photos after that.
